Coaching Skills for Leaders
This course series helps leaders at all levels who want to build their communication and coaching skills in the professional workplace, create a coaching culture within their organization, and improve trust, clarity, and engagement with their team.
After the Coaching Skills for Leaders program, participants will be able to:
- Understand and apply the neuroscience behind developing meaningful communication and trust
- Improve attunement and clarity within peer and team relationships
- Engage and motivate employees in personal and professional goals
- Refine their own coaching skills for listening, feedback, reflection, and better conversations,
- Create a resilient organization/team better prepared to respond effectively to change and challenges.
Created and delivered by an expert ICC-PCC coach, coaching program trainer, supervisor, and psychotherapist.
Eight sessions of four hours delivered bi-weekly, along with three 1:1 professional coaching sessions with an ICF Certified and experienced coach.
Includes structured practice, facilitator, peer, and coach feedback so participants can identify strengths and sharpen areas for development.
One experienced coach facilitator for every small group of four people — keeping feedback relavent, safe enough for growth and reflection, and meaningful conversations.
