Who are we?

I’m a coach, psychotherapist, supervisor, and consultant.  I work because I believe that making the space between people just a little bit healthier makes the world just a little bit better. 

My clients and I co-create our solution collaboratively, looking for incremental improvements that will bring the biggest impact on the entire system. 

I teach Executive Coaching at Henley Business School in Copenhagen, am a preferred coaching vendor at Microsoft, and am a fully trained and licensed psychotherapist and supervisor.

I’m certified at the ICF-PCC level, am a ICF Certified Coaching Supervisor, a Fearless Organization certified practitioner, and have over 15.000 face-to-face hours with clients and organizations.  I have mentored managers and clinicians in systemic transformation and delivered more than a hundred different custom workshops.

I have a unique niche in coaching Neurodiverse professionals and raising emotional intelligence and “soft skill” performance in highly-technical teams. As a lifelong advocate for diversity, my mission is to facilitate psychologically safe workplaces for all.

I relocated to Copenhagen, Denmark in 2019 from Seattle with my husband and two teenagers. We love living here.
